Hey Monday's Child,

You're very welcome to post links here, but do double-check the titles are not in print (various Fax titles do get re-released from time to time). NB, we rip at 220 or more.

Or... if you want to gather up a bunch of links and email those to us [samsa99 care of gmail.com] we'll happily make them into proper posts at the top of the blog. Up to you, but very kind of you whatever you choose to do.

I have the first two discs and not the last, i haven't listened to either for a few years now. Perhaps it's time to dust them off.

I still have a bloody shed load of Fax CD's and about 20 os so of their vinyl 12's from back in the day when the 'entertainment' was the first consideration before the music (days spent in a fug listening to drones/glistening ambience/hard and fast trance/just Fax stuff in general.

However, on listening to them again, there really are some amazing releases on the label. The one that really 'blew my mind' was the 2500 Broadway '5' CD which is almost akin to having some kind of religious epiphany.

Any way, if you would like me to upload any of these, i can do so, however it maybe via the dreaded Rapidshare method.

Heard of Mr. Namlook from his associations with Klaus Schulze. This is the first solo 'stuff' I've procured.

Hey nSays, I assume you've heard David Darling and Wolfgang Tiepold?

And thanks Friendsound,... first time here.

the secret to life is that it's more fun being nice than it is being cold, plus it works just as well. took me about 6 lifetimes to figure that one out :-)

No sir, you're not. But perhaps you're the only one of the close on five hundred downloaders gracious enough to leave comments once you've downloaded. Such is the way of it.

We talk about this a fair deal. Although we don't mind whether people comment or not, or even just leave a Thanks!, it does make us very happy when people do. That means we sometime get upset about the disparity between downloads and comments. But we have a solution that almost makes our souls happy -- we look at that number of downloads rather than the number of comments.

Blogs that just whine the whole time about lack of comments make us itchy. They end up demanding comments before they will even post, which says the blogger isn't doing it for the right reasons. So we don't really mind so much. But if anyone does want to comment, we will kiss you. Not really. -- Thorsten S—
